Thank you for shopping with Aura Skin Aesthetics. Your order is placed with our professional skincare suppliers and shipped directly to you, so items may arrive in separate packages.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). In total, most orders arrive within 3 to 10 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges, and any free shipping offers, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number by email once it ships.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address, and extra shipping fees to redirect or re-ship a package may apply.

Delayed, lost, or damaged orders

• If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us and we will work with the carrier and our supplier to re-ship or refund your order.
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we will replace it or refund you.
• Carrier delays can happen during holidays, severe weather, and busy seasons.
